Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking rental equipment or using any services provided by Epic Event Services, LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth rental experience for both parties. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact us before confirming your booking.
 

2. Booking and Payment

  • All rentals require a confirmed booking and payment to secure availability.

  • Setup fees apply based on the scale of the event: Small, Medium, and Large setup tiers will be determined at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
     

4. Equipment Use and Care

  • The renter is responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment.

  • Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

  • Rented items must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location. A $80 fee will apply if items are not prepared for pickup.
     

5. Liability and Indemnification

  • Epic Event Services, LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or improper setup of rental equipment.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for all rented items during the rental period.
     

6. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

  • Delivery and setup will be conducted by Epic Event Services, LLC staff unless otherwise specified.

  • Clients must ensure a clear and accessible setup location before our arrival.

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent setup (such as unsafe conditions or lack of access), additional fees may apply.
     

7. Force Majeure

Epic Event Services, LLC is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.
